FREE CONFIDENCE COACHING FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS

Statistics reveal that girls are spending more time online and less time connecting with peers, resulting in feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Recognizing this reality, it becomes imperative to ensure that the time girls spend online is filled with activities that not only enhance their lives but also contribute to their overall well-being.

Movemeant Foundation is dedicated to unlocking girls' self-esteem & confidence to empowering girls. Explore our approach to positive mind-body connection.

Introducing Girl FWD-

Movemeant’s free 12-week virtual coaching program designed to equip middle school girls with the tools, mindset, and community necessary to transform their health, both physically and mentally, in today's digital landscape.

Girl FWD is a fun and supportive environment for girls to explore, learn, and grow.

It's not like therapy or school; instead, it offers opportunities for self-discovery, skill development, friendship-building, and personal achievement.

If your daughter is feeling nervous about participating, we highly recommend enrolling her with friends or teammates if possible. Having familiar faces around can greatly ease any apprehension she may have, making the experience less daunting and more enjoyable. Even if she has just one buddy with her, it can transform the atmosphere, turning it into more of a social experience rather than a formal setting.

Girl FWD includes:

  • Personalized Coaching

    Personalized Coaching:

Participants will engage in six weekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with our accredited Movemeant coaches, each lasting 50 minutes. Our holistic approach nurtures strong mental and emotional well-being, both online and offline.

  • Group Coaching

    Group Coaching:

Following the six weeks of one-on-one virtual coaching, participants will also engage in six weekly virtual group coaching sessions with our accredited Movemeant coaches and their peers, each lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. “As I moved on into different lessons of the Girl FWD curriculum, I noticed lots of changes in how I respond to challenges and difficult situations, as well as a decrease in negative thoughts, indecisiveness, and second-guessing.

Over the 3 months I worked with my Movemeant coach, I’ve felt better about myself and learned to validate my feelings without bringing myself down or putting myself in a state of despair.

I’ve grown a lot more than I thought I would during Girl FWD and learned a lot about myself. I've developed my confidence, patience and resilience which has been very empowering to me. At the end of the course, I felt like a better version of myself and feel myself getting better every day.”

"Since participating in the Girl FWD program, I've noticed a significant decrease in self-doubt and overthinking. I've developed greater self-control in how I respond to challenges, and I'm much quicker at recognizing and understanding my feelings.

My resilience, patience, and inner strength have grown more than I realized. I find it easier to handle conflicts and stand up for myself, and I bounce back from negative emotions much faster.

I've learned to validate my feelings and remind myself of my capabilities and worth, which has empowered me to be more persistent and proactive instead of waiting in fear. As a result, I feel calmer and my energy is lighter.”

“Before Girl FWD, I used to let other kids' negative comments get to me. I'd take things personally and feel bad about myself. But now I care way less about what they think. I feel much more confident to choose to wear what makes me feel good and comfortable, instead of trying to impress or be accepted by others. And when someone's being judgmental, I try to send them kindness and empathy instead of letting it affect me.

One of the biggest changes I've noticed is how much more confident I am in myself. I used to be so anxious about school, constantly worrying about failing. But Girl FWD taught me how to manage my stress and emotions better, and now school tests and homework don't stress me out. In fact, I even found myself coaching another girl in my class who was freaking out about a test. It was a totally new experience for me, but it felt amazing to be able to help someone else while also boosting my own confidence.
